Eric “My People” Holder is bringing the fad liberal concept of “disparate impact” to the classroom, to further tie the hands of school officials from exercising disciplinary measures on unruly students. The latter, you see, are quite often black.
The ‘disparate impact’ in the statistics proves ‘racism’ against said blacks… It couldn’t possibly be because black youths are disproportionately unruly, relative to other races.
