From the underrated prog-folk band Strawbs, “Down By The Sea” is one of their finest songs. The song is layered. Starting off slowly, the riff that enters around 1:27 is huge. The chord ascent that that starts at 2:24 and reaches a climax with a choir peaking at 2:36 gives me goose bumps.
