“It’s Not The End Of The World?” (2001) is an extraordinarily beautiful song by the wonderful Britpop band Super Furry Animals.
The band blends Beatlesque, Brian Wilson-y pop with a judicious mix of sampling. A great representation of their Beatles/BB blend can be heard in “Something 4 The Weekend” (1996):
