How does Islam differ from Christianity?

Remember back in 2014, when 270 or so young Nigerian schoolgirls were kidnapped and enslaved by the Religion of Peace™? Even The Organizer’s wife got in on a trendy Twitter hashtag associated with the event, the digital equivalent of a candlelight vigil.
Given how inured the West has become to Islamic fanaticism — each new day bringing yet another example of Islam’s pathologies, whether a new bombing, a new beheading, a new day of knocking down ancient artifacts, a some other new act of terror — the West has largely forgotten about this Nigerian schoolgirls.
Well, now Boko Haram is using them as suicide bombers… because, well, that’s what Muslims do (“Boko Haram reportedly using kidnapped Chibok girls as suicide bombers”):
A suspected suicide bomber, who was intercepted in Cameroon Friday before she could blow herself, reportedly told authorities that she was one of the Chibok schoolgirls who were captured by Boko Haram in 2014.
Two girls were carrying explosives in the village of Limani in northern Cameroon before being stopped by local defense forces, according to the UK Daily Telegraph. The village had been the target of suicide bombings in recent months.
The girls were handed over to Cameron soldiers who are part of a multi-national African force that was created to take on the Islamist terrorist group.
